Dressage whips and all yard tools; forks, shovels, brooms etc cannot be sent, due to their length and the risk of damage or breakage.
Returns and Refund Policy:
A full refund will be given if the item is faulty or not as described. For all internet purchases, the customer has 14 days, after receiving their goods, to notify us that they wish to return their order. The item must then be returned to us within 14 days of this notification. Once the item is received, we will issue a refund if all terms are met:
Returns and refunds are accepted, if:
- There is proof of purchase from us i.e. a receipt (not applicable to web orders)
- The item is in the condition it was purchased (a resellable condition) i.e clean, undamaged, no hair and no alterations. Items that have been washed will not be accepted, as other customers may be allergic to the products used for cleaning the item.
Refunds will not be issued if:

The customer damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it (though they may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund - this is our discretion)
